Directed GP role in a $250-million private equity fund focused on hotel investments. As GP, advised on the purchase of a portfolio of three hotels under various phases of development in the cities of Jaipur, Pune and Ahmadabad.

Gaylord National

Development, financial analysis, government relations for a 2,000-room hotel with 400,000 sf conference center.

Gaylord Chula Vista

Directed all pre-development activities, including architectural studies, feasibility analysis, economic impact studies and extensive negotiations with local municipalities for a 1,500-room hotel with 450,000 sf conference center.
